This is an entry in a property’s title register at the Land Registry, which simply ensures that if you’re selling your property, Hometree Finance will be notified by your solicitor. We can then ensure that your plan is ended in accordance with our terms, or transferred to the buyer of your property.
This is not a charge on your property, so it doesn’t give Hometree Finance any right to repossess or sell your home. We set up the restriction once your installation is complete – there’s no need for you to do anything. Once your plan ends, we automatically remove the restriction on title.
