You can end your plan at any time by paying the settlement amount outlined in your agreement, with no quibbles or penalties.
If you're selling your home, you can pay this sum before marketing your property, or through your solicitor from the sale completion funds. Alternatively the buyer of your property can apply to take over the plan for the remaining term.
To ensure that we're notified when you're selling your home, we apply a restriction on the Land Registry title, which is automatically removed once your plan ends or is settled.
